علي الجعيلان هو المؤسس والرئيس التنفيذي لكور ريدي للحلول. تنفيذي في قطاع المستشفيات، قضى قرابة عقدين في إدارة الطوارئ، ويشارك في رئاسة لجنة الاستعداد للطوارئ والكوارث في المنطقة الشرقية، وقاد الاستجابة للطوارئ في المستشفيات ونسّق الجاهزية على مستوى المنطقة. أنشأ مراكز قيادة في المستشفيات، وكتب خطط الطوارئ، وقاد خدمة طوارئ، وبنى منصات جاهزية لعدة جهات. وهو رئيس تحرير مجلة «أُهبة» لإدارة الطوارئ، ويحمل ماجستير الإدارة الصحية. ألّف كتابي The Illusion of Readiness وCommand Without Precedent، وله أعمال وأبحاث منشورة في الحد من مخاطر الكوارث.Ali Aljuailan is Founder and CEO of Core Ready Solutions. A senior hospital executive with nearly two decades in emergency management, he co-chairs the emergency and disaster preparedness committee for the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and has commanded hospital emergency response and coordinated readiness across the province. He has established hospital command centers, written emergency plans, led an emergency service, and built readiness platforms for multiple agencies. He is Editor-in-Chief of OHBA, an emergency management journal, and holds a Master of Health Administration. He is also the author of The Illusion of Readiness and Command Without Precedent, and has published work and research in disaster risk reduction.

مانع القحطانيManea Alqahtani

يقود مانع القحطاني بناء خطط الطوارئ في كور ريدي. مهني في إدارة الطوارئ، قضى قرابة عقدين في الميدان، ويعمل في قطاع الدفاع والطيران، ويشارك في عدد من لجان الطوارئ والسلامة في جهته، ويتخصص في خدمات الطوارئ الطبية واستمرارية الأعمال. يحمل ماجستير العلوم في إدارة الطوارئ من جامعة نيو هيفن، وبكالوريوس من جامعة إيسترن كنتاكي، ودرس أيضاً في جامعة جورج ميسون.Manea Alqahtani leads emergency plan development at Core Ready. An emergency management professional with nearly two decades in the field, he works in the defense and aviation sector, serves on several emergency and safety committees within his organization, and specializes in emergency medical services and business continuity. He holds a Master of Science in Emergency Management from the University of New Haven and a bachelor's degree from Eastern Kentucky University, with further study at George Mason University.

يقود تركي مدني أعمال استمرارية الأعمال وخطط الطوارئ وتصميم التمارين في كور ريدي. مهني في إدارة الكوارث، قضى عقداً في إدارة الطوارئ في المستشفيات، وينسّق أعمال لجنة الاستعداد للطوارئ والكوارث في المنطقة الشرقية، ويدير التمارين الميدانية وتمارين الطاولة التي تختبر خطط المنشآت. أسّس مكتبة «حصين» للجاهزية، مرجعاً لممارسي إدارة الطوارئ في المملكة وشريكاً لكور ريدي. حاصل على شهادة المهني المعتمد في الطوارئ والكوارث (CEDP)، ويحمل ماجستير الإدارة الصحية.Turki Madani leads business continuity, emergency planning and exercise design at Core Ready. A disaster management professional with a decade in hospital emergency management, he coordinates the emergency and disaster preparedness committee for the Eastern Province of Saudi Arabia and runs the drills and tabletop exercises that test facility plans. He founded Haseen, a readiness library for emergency management practitioners in the Kingdom and a Core Ready partner. He is a Certified Emergency and Disaster Professional and holds a Master of Health Administration.
